A structure composed of 4- or 6-metre segments is supported on a triangular spatial latticework with a side of 435mm (the size measured in axes of the bearing tubes) . The segments are joined with screw fasteners. The mast is kept upright by steel, galvanized guys mounted every 120o in clamps set on the same level. The guy tension and mast alignment are enabled by Roman screws. The mast structure is set on a double-axis articulated base that enables raising and aligning of the latticework.

RETIS M435B is supported on a triangular spatial latticework with a side of 435mm . The mast is mounted to the building wall with a spacing element 20-40cm long. RETIS M435B is perfect for telecommunication uses – it is light, durable, stable and weatherproof.

1 . Mounting the base

The base mounting set includes 4 expansion anchors
STR M8x80.
Steel expansion connector – it has an STR, sleeve,
single expansion joint fitted with a screwed expanding
mandrel with a gasket and a clamp nut for plug-in and
plug-through mounting.

1. The mounting opening should be made perpendicularly to the base plane and cleansed.
2. In case of an unsuccessful drilling, the opening should be made in a distance not shorter than 1.5 times the setting depth.
3. It should be possible to introduce the connector with light hammer strokes.
4. The connector should be mounted with the use of a torque wrench.
5. Make sure that upon joint expansion, the gasket under the nut is firmly pressed down to the element mounting.

When structures are mounted on narrow and long building roofs, we suggest anchoring the structure on 4 sides. In this case, a set for the 4th anchoring side should be bought additionally to the M435.

Mounting conditions:

Prior to commencing work, read the enclosed user’s manual.Opening in solid materials should be carefully cleared of dust.Attention: When a new packet is used, the first several millilitres of the grout should be squeezed out/aside so that the components are properly mixed. The grout can only be squeezed into the opening when the fitter makes sure that the grout is grey. Upon completion of the work, the opened packet can be used again later on. During the mounting, the packet temperature should not exceed +5C.

Mounting information:

1. Bore a hole to the specified depth.

2. Clean the hole through blowing (2x), brushing (2x)and blowing again (2x).

3. Fill the hole with a specific amount of grout,beginning from the bottom.

4. Introduce the anchor rod to the hole without using any additional tools.

5. Wait the time needed for grout binding.

6. Mount the element installed and tighten the nut, applying a proper torque.Warranty: 24 months.

The ground anchor for RETIS M435

The ground anchor for RETIS M435 is a solution which allows for mounting structure guys to the ground – the solution is an alternative for foundations and foundation slabs.

The ground anchor is to be buried to a depth of min. 1.5m (the burying depth depends on ground conditions). The ground around the anchor should be properly compacted. Properly ended structure guys should be attached to the bodkin (diameter: 16 mm, length: 1.75 m) which is ended with an eye 10 cm in diameter.

We suggest that the use of the ground anchor should be each time adapted to local conditions. One anchor is for mounting one side of the guys, e.g. you need 3 ground anchors for 3 sides of guy anchoring.
Warranty: 24 months.

The steel base for RETIS M435

The steel base is a solution which enables a stable setting of the structure in the ground – the solution is an alternative for foundations and foundation slabs. The steel base mounting should be preceded with replacement and compacting of the ground. The base is mounted to the ground with 4 ground nails min 1 m long and 16 mm in diameter. We suggest that the use of the steel base should be each time adapted to local conditions.
Warranty: 24 months.

The grouting machine

The grouting machine is used for introducing grout to a previously made opening in the wall. The machine can be used many times.

The aerial bracket WA435 for RETIS M435:

The aerial bracket allows for separation of aerials aerials from the mast structure – the separation distance is 20 cm.
The devices are attached to a tube 0,8m, 1m, 1,5m lub 2m long . The set includes clamps with connectors for attaching the bracket to the structure at any height. Mounting of transmitting/receiving equipment on brackets enhances the safety of using the mast.

Warranty: 24 months

The radio link bracket WR435 do RETIS M435:

The WR435 radio link bracket is an element that allows for attaching devices / radio links to the structure. The devices can be mounted on a tube O50 or O60, 1 m long. The set includes clamps with connectors for attaching the bracket to the structure at any height. Mounting of transmitting/receiving equipment on brackets enhances the safety of using the mast.

Warranty: 24 months.

The coping element H=04 fi80 for RETIS M435

The coping element raises the mast with a fi80 tube. The coping allows for mounting transmitting/receiving equipment / radio links on the top of the mast. The coping element decreases the structure torques.

Warranty: 12 months.
